Direct Deposit
When choosing Direct Deposit as a method of paying for your order, you will recieve in your email a copy of your invoice. In the
bottom right hand corner you will see the direct deposit details for making payment.
You can then take these details and make payment over internet banking or over the counter at your local bank.
Make sure you include your invoice number as the reference so we can track your payment. If you find the number is too long,
drop the first few numbers off. The last 7 digits are the crucial ones
Direct deposit clears within 48 hours depending on your bank.

Cheque / Money Order
When selecting cheque and money order as a payment method for your order, you will recieve in your email a copy of the invoice,
in the bottom right hand corner you will notice the payment details for choosing this method. You will need to take these details to your
local post office for the money order or use them on your cheque.
When sending your payment please make sure you include your details and invoice number in the envelope or best is to include a
copy of the invoice.
Payments via money order or cheque are sent within 48 hours (pending stock) of the day the funds clear in our bank account, usually 3 working days. We do reserve the right to send within 5 to 7 days.

Bpay
Using this method is one of the fastest ways to have your order sent out to you. By choosing this option you can pay your invoice via phone banking or
through your online banking. Just select Bpay as the method and then choose which account you'd like to use. Either your personal accounts or
your credit card.
If you cannot access Bpay then credit card won't work for you.
Bpay then sends an email statement to us at the end of business for that day telling us you have made payment. We then send your order within 48 hours (pending stock). We do reserve the right to send with 5 to 7 days.
Please note when selecting Bpay as your payment method, there is an additional fee of $4. This is to cover
the fees that we get charged by them for having this service.

Our bpay biller code is 22848, please use your reference number shown on your invoice. You're statement will show Avscash Trust T/A Fleshlight.
Credit Card
If you would like to pay for your order by credit card, even if you have chosen one of the other methods previously, you can go to the Westpac Payment Gateway
When you get there, you will be asked to enter a Biller Code. This is 109629
You will be taken to a payment page. Please enter your order number where it asks for it and then enter your card details as the page shows along with the amount owing which can be seen in bold in the Order Totals part of your invoice.
The payment is done in realtime securely through Westpacs site.
Credit Card payments incur a 2.2% fee, this is only added to recoup the fees that the banks charge us for using this service.
You're statement will show Fleshlight Com AU.
The billing details must match the card holders details, or the order will have a stop put on it until verified.
When paying over the phone, you will be asked for your credit card number, ccv number, expiry date, home phone number and drivers license. This is to protect ourselves against fraudulent card users. We are still going to be processing your credit card as above the same way you would, so we prefer the cardholder be the one to make this transaction, unless no internet access is available.
Payments must be received by 7.30am EST to be packed that day for despatch the following day.
Paypal
We now accept paypal as a payment option. You will be directed to the paypal website for payment, once completed you will be redirected back to our website for final confirmation.
