Step 1: Choose your fleshlight® from the complete range of fleshlights available.
Please remember when choosing one of the sensations throught the inserts only link, for example super ribbed, they do not come with a case and you will need to select one of these as well if you don't already have one.

Step 2: If you are from New Zealand please only select credit card for payment method, as this is the only way we accept New Zealand orders, also your shipping option will be shown on the checkout. Please do not choose Express Post or Aus Air Express

Step 3: Choose your options of lube or types as noted

Step 4: Select the quantity of fleshlights that you would like to order, this is set to 1 by default. Please remember, if you change the quantity to 2, then it will also double up your lube amounts if you choose them as well.

Step 5: Click the add to cart button, the page will refresh and show you what you have in your shopping cart. You can also add these items to a wishlist for future ordering.

Step 6: If you would like to add more to your order click the "continue shopping" button.

Step 7: If you need to edit the number of items in the cart please do so here and click "update" to make the changes.

Step 8: When the cart has everything the way you want it, click the "Checkout" button.

Step 9: The page will then reload asking you to either login or create an account. Having an account is very important. It will allow you to trace your order better. Take advantage of the wish list. Keep track of all orders you have made previously, and allow you to update your details at anytime.

Step 10 Once you are logged in, you will be presented with the checkout. You will notice on this page it will show you your items ordered, the cheapest shipping price based on what the total items weigh and your details. Please make sure all details are correct.

Step 11: Please select the shipping method you prefer to use. Remembering that Express post is not trackable and does not require a signature for receipt.

Step 12: Once you have chosen your shipping method move on to the additional information section.
The age verification is a required field. We do not send orders to minors.
The how did you find fleshlight® is required as we use this to record what marketing is working to bring the fleshlights to our customers.
Agreeing to the terms of use is required, so that we know you have read them and agree to the terms of ordering through our website
And lastly the special delivery instructions is where you need to put in anything relating to how you would like it delivered if differant to the details given above. Discreet shipping is a normal request for here and if you take a look at our discreet shipping page you will see that's the case.

Step 13: Next choose your payment method. We offer Bpay (incurs fee), Credit Card (incurs 1.8% fee), Direct Deposit, Cheque/Money Order, Pay over the phone both incur the 1.8% fee as these will be credit card payments.

Step 14: Once you have selected your payment method, hit the submit button. The page will then reload with a confirmation page to ensure all details have been supplied correctly. At this stage all charges are shown in the totals section. If everything has been done correctly hit the submit button again to complete the order. If you chose to pay by credit card, you will be asked to provide your credit card details at this time. You can be assured that we use state of the art encryption, so your details will be safe.

Step 15: After you hit submit a copy of the invoice will be shown on the page which will also have a printer freindly option. You will now also be sent the payment details on how to do the direct deposit if that is what you have chosen. Your chosen payment method will also be displayed so that you can pay as soon as it loads, or wait for the email.

That's it, you have now placed your order. As long as you supplied a valid email address you will receive an email with your order information and payment details on it.

You will then need to make payment for your order. Once we see the cleared funds in the bank account, Lisa will send you another email to confirm payment has been received and then your order will be sent within 48 hours via your chosen delivery method and you will have it within 48 to 72 hours dependant on your location.

As soon as your order has been sent, Lisa will once again send you an email with a consignment number for tracking purposes.
