PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
When deciding where to have your order sent, please consider whether you will be home or not during business hours.
AAE are marked ATL (Authority to Leave) and therefore if you are not home, they are authorised to leave your parcel on the doorstep. Australia Post are required to card you and take the parcel to the nearest postal outlet for pick up.
If you will not be home and the above is not suitable, you must then provide us with a location where your order can be received and signed for. Either a work address or you can have your order sent to you care of your local post office.
Please note, every postal outlet in Australia is a business location with a full address and must be addressed accordingly. You can simply find your postal outlet by using the Post Office Locator, then go to your Delivery Address Book section of your account and add a new address. Then proceed with your order.
If you do not choose a place where you will be home, your order will be left safely at your address shown.
Orders paid for with cleared funds by 7.30am EST, will be sent within 48 hours if possible, baring weekends and public holidays, unless stock is temporarily unavailable. You should receive your order within 48 hours of cleared payments. We do reserve the right to send within 5 to 7 days.
Please note, that once the order is sent, it is in the hands of Australia Post or Aus Air Express to get this to you. If by chance there is a delay or mistake made on their behalf, all that we can do is assist with helping it to be rectified.
Please note: Australia post is only an option for delivery methods if the items weight is less than 1.5kg. Due to anything over 1.5kg not being able to fit into the express post bag, the delivery method defaults to Australian Air Express. Even though it's AAE, you can still have it sent to an Australia Post shop, business centre, outlet or po box.

Express Post via Australian Post
The express post option with Australia post is a next day delivery service to all metro areas in Australia, 2 days to outside this area.
Perth and Tasmania fall into 2 days due to shipping from Brisbane.
By selecting express post you are taking the cheapest option on orders under 1.5kg, but express post is not a trackable item and does not
require a signature for receipt, so this makes it the least secure option. Australia post do not guarantee delivery.
We do recommend that if choosing this option it's best to have it sent care of your local post office.
All express orders come with a consigment number that can be used to locate the last post office that it was scanned at, it is not a tracking number.
You will be sent this consignment number via email when your order is sent, or you can check the progress of your order by logging into your account.

Australian Air Express (Recommended)
AAE is our recommended delivery method due to the points that they offer online tracking of your order and have a signature receipt for verifiaction.
If no one is home, they will leave your order safely at the address shown. Please see notes at top of this page regarding delivery addresses
AAE will deliver the order next day delivery to metro areas and 2 days to non metro.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges range from $9.00 to $18.00, dependant on delivery option chosen and weight of all items.
