A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty
dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer
immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Australia
Post Money Order (AU Customers only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print
the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields,
then mail the form to the address above.
If we cannot fill the order for any reason, we will contact you within 2 days or receiving cleared funds if goods are not available. At this time you will be asked if you would like to wait for them to come in, or change your item to something else.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us
immediately after your package arrives for a return . This does not include damage to the retail packaging that it is sent in. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
We do not accept a return for products just because you have changed your mind. Returns are only for defective goods
Refunds will only be paid upon a cancellation of an order before it has been sent. If canceling your order, a cancellation fee of $15.00 will be incurred.
When requesting a refund you will be required to email your account name, bsb number and account number to support [@] fleshlight dot com dot au.
All refunds will be reimbursed with the following amounts deducted for bank fees.
Bpay refunds will incurr a $AUD4 fee. Currently we add a $AUD4 fee to bpay payments, so you will be refunded the original invoice total before the $AUD4 fee is added plus the $15.00 cancellation fee if applicable.
Bank transfers, check payments and money orders will incurr a $AUD1.50 fee on refund plus the $15.00 cancellation fee if applicable.
Credit Card Refunds will be refunded less the credit card fee of 2.2% plus the $15.00 cancellation fee if applicable

Shipping charges are calculated by weight. Please select your shipping option upon the checkout page. Associated costs will be shown next to each choice.
Under 500grams. Express post $AUD9.00 - Australian Air Express $AUD14.90
500grams to 1.5kg. Express post $AUD11.50 - Australian Air Express $AUD14.90
1.5kg to 3kg. Australian Air Express $AUD14.90
3kg to 5kg. Australian Air Express $AUD17.90
While we are doing our best to ensure your order is shipped within 48 hours of receiving cleared and full payment (not including weekends and public holidays), we do however reserve the right to ship within 5-7 working days, pending stock. Cleared payments are by 7.30am EST weekdays.
