Register for internet or phone banking with your financial institution, if you haven’t already. Find contact details for your financial institution here.

Look for the distinctive BPAY logo on your Invoice. This is located at the bottom right hand corner of the invoice.

Log on to your internet banking site or call your phone banking service.

Select the BPAY or bill payment option and follow the simple instructions. You can choose to pay from either your savings, cheque or credit card accounts.

Wait for and record your receipt number.
