Refund Policy

Refunds will only be paid upon a cancellation of an order before it has been sent. If canceling your order, a cancellation fee of $20.00 will be incurred.

When requesting a refund you will be required to email your account name, bsb number and account number to support [@] fleshlight dot com dot au.

All refunds will be reimbursed with the following amounts deducted for bank fees.

Bank transfers, check payments and money orders will incurr a $1.50 fee on refund plus the $20.00 cancellation fee if applicable.

Credit Card Refunds will be refunded less the credit card fee of 2.2% plus the $20.00 cancellation fee if applicable

Paypal Refunds will be refunded via your Paypal account less the $20.00 cancellation fee if applicable

Returns Policy

We do not accept a return for products just because you have changed your mind. Returns are only for defective goods

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us
immediately after your package arrives for a return . This does not include damage to the retail packaging that it is sent in. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
