I thought I would post this here for now. I will update all the relative pages on the shopping cart later today when I have a spare moment.

From today onwards, all orders will be told the following when we recieve full payment.

While we are doing our best to ensure your order is shipped within 48 hours of receiving cleared and full payment (not including weekends and public holidays), we do however reserve the right to ship within 5-7 working days, pending stock. If you do not receive your delivery details within 48 hours, you can log into your online account and watch your status. Once completed your delivery details are added to your online account and you will receive an email with your delivery and or tracking(AAE only) details.

We have had to implement this due to circumstances out of our control. With the US supplier changing warehouses and courier, our own shipments have changed delivery timeframes. We do place wholesale orders daily with them to keep up with the demand so that we are always in stock, but due to the above changes this has not been working as well as it used to. They do look like it will be back on track as of next week, fingers crossed.

But because this happens every so often, we thought it best to change our wording to suit circumstances. As always we will do our absolute best to get orders sent out within 48 hours, usually less, of receiving paid funds, like we have done for 3 years already.
