Hi Guys, thought I'd start a thread in the Fleshlight Manual for you all to post your modifications. So if you have a modification that you want to share, feel free to post it here.

My second FL arrived the other day so I was ready to try the check valve mod. I saw it on the net somewhere, the guy used a valve from some kind of breathing mask.

This involves a bag of coffee (seriously!) and an O-ring or a roll of electrical tape.

The idea is to get a coffee bag with a one way valve that's designed to let the air out of the bag, peel the valve off, drill a hole in the Fleshlight end cap for a tight fit on the valve and press the valve in. Glue it in if you want. I am waiting for the glue to dry. I used bathroom silicone.

When it's all dry loosen the end cap 1/2 a turn and roll the o-ring over the join to completely seal the case or a couple of wraps of electrical tape over the joint will do if you cant find the right O-ring.

this should let air out on the in-stroke while providing huge suction on the out-stroke.
It is supposed to eliminate most of the queefs too.

I'll report back when I've tried it out.


ok tested it. the coffee valve takes a bit of pressure to pop open at first. I'll get a valve from CPR mask or something.

I got a valve off a disposable 3M brand dust mask. I tore it off the mask and scraped the loose fibers from the mask off the glued edges with a stanley knife. I glued it onto the endcap with a small bead of good quality silicone bathroom caulk. The bathroom stuff has something in it which prevents mold from growing. It fitted neatly over the hole left by the coffee bag valve.
The valve has what looks like a thick flap of latex inside behind the grille. It looks very durable for the purpose. It also has virtually no pressure needed to pop it open once a little bit of lube gets into it.

It was very intense with the fleshlight girls lotus insert. After a while the lube must have spread around because the front of the insert popped into the case. This made every thing much tighter. It couldn't have been planned better.
There were a couple of queefs but the sucking kind which could be felt which certainly added to the experience.

A very worthwhile mod. If you only have one case and don't like it you can simply glue up the hole in the end cap with a circle of plastic and the silicone caulk. After trying it I cant imagine anyone not wanting the suction so dont worry too much about drilling a hole in the endcap. Being less generous with the lube and not sealing the cap on with an o-ring would stop the insert popping inside. It will take a few more tries to see if this is going to be a problem. It may be an advantage because it tends to happen when things get very vigorous.

It sucked the front of the lady WW inside too.
Best used with the end cap screwed on with no additional sealing.

I think fleshlight should make and sell endcaps with a valve as an extra.
And while on the wishlist, a fleshlight girls type insert for the shorter ones among us. I'm lucky to hit the 2nd chamber.

it would be a good idea if they did supply spare end caps, but alas they don't do that for us.
