hi guys,
Im new here just order my first fleshlight. I deposit money into the westpac account on the 7/1/09 with the order number the Teller's told me that the number was too long so she only put the last 7 digits with the deposit.
Today I received an email from Lisa Martlew asking to confirm my payment which she already recieve but the order number was different to the one I order.
I reply with the last 7 digits which was on the receipt from the bank.
Still havent heard anything back did I do something wrong or did I miss any step??

Any help would be great

Can you please let us know what the order number was for your order.

We did receive a payment this morning with a weird order number. When this happens to avoid us sending it out to the wrong person, we go thru all orders that match the same amount of money deposited and then contact them all asking for more proof of payment.

Im sure you can appreciate that if we sent it to the wrong person, someone's gonna be really annoyed.

If you've given Lisa the last 7 digits on the receipt that would help, but usually she asks for you to scan the deposit slip and send that for us. Otherwise if she was fine with the info you gave, then it's probably in the list for me to pack in the morning.
