When your order is shipped, we will supply you with a consignment number. This number will either be 8 digits for Aus Air Express or 2 letters and 7 digits for Aus Post.

Once we have supplied you with the consignment number, this means the item has left our hands and is now in the hands of the couriers. Please use the number to track your order.

If there is any issues please feel free to contact us. But please remember, once the couriers have the shipment, it is out of our control unless by chance it's been addressed wrong. (This has never happened)

The courier companies do say next day delivery, but once again that is out of our control.
