When you place an order, it is assigned a pending payment status unless you opt for offline credit card.

The status of this is then updated within 24 hours of us receiving your payment. It is usually changed to shipped and a consignment number attached for your tracking purposes.

Sometimes Lisa gets a bit overwhelmed and it may take longer for this status to show as changed, but she will also email you as soon as she has a consignment number informing you of the shipment.

Please be patient with the pending payment status. If you pay by credit card it is usually processed the same day. Direct deposit we will not recieve for up to 48 hours of paying, bpay the day after you pay and cheque/money order once it has cleared.
