Thanks Faz. Just back from Calais, went with wife and two friends. EXCELLENT LUNCH, in a restaurant where I go two or three times each year, since 1994. Wines were both French today - being in France- white Crozes-Hermitage and red Chateauneuf du Pape (expensive, but two favourites of mine). Superb cooking, and I had a grilled sole Meuniere for my main course.

It's a two hour drive to the Channel tunnel, car on train and 35 minutes through to Calais, then ten minutes to the restaurant, where we are welcomed by the proprietress with kisses on both cheeks! So, left home 7 am, back 9pm, with 8 hours in France. Hard to believe, really.

A perfect day - designed to help me ignore my age. I still claim not to be an old man - and try to believe myself.

Sometimes I wish we could just spend a leisurely afternoon in another country with only a few hours commute... but unfortunately in Australia that wouldn't even get you a third of the way to the next major city.

The flip side is that everywhere is crowded close together, and you don't get miles and miles of empty country. Last evening, the traffic on the 3-lane M25 London orbital motorway had a 7-mile jam, just from a broken-down truck - luckily the opposite way to my journey... You can't have it both ways I guess.

we got those jams here too jonny, usually in the peak hours for city traffic

But ur right we do also have the rolling expanses of nature

I really like all the new 'nude art' websites that are emerging - they inspire a certain respect for the women being photographed, rather than the usual banged-in-all-three-holes repertoire that's choked up the industry.

Not only do these sites get some of the most beautiful women photographed and up on the 'net, but most of the girls seem to enjoy themselves and their career, which is far more than can be said for most hardcore models.
Personally, I enjoy seeing a girl having fun being photographed much more than watching some dude blow his load on her face.

FLN, I couldn't agree more. Some of the photos of these young women being maltreated "turn me up". The site of nude illusion has been changed, but the best photos can be found under Free Gallery and at the bottom of the page, 100 samples. My favourite is the one I have used as an avatar:
