Today we changed our system to work with multiple delivery options. You as the customer can now choose between Aus Post express mail or Australian Air Express. In doing this we have reduced the cost of all items that included shipping and which has now in turn changed alot of our prices.

Our recommended delivery method is Australian Air Express, due to the ability of online tracking and signature receipt, but the choice is still completely up to you.

This has all been brought into play due to some problems with Australia post not delivering items properly.

I would just like to add a few important notes to customers when ordering and choosing your shipping option.

We do recommend you choose Australian Air Express(AAE) because they are trackable and a signature is required and it is still overnight express.

However you need to note, that if your payment clears on (for example) the Wednesday, you order won't be sent until the Thursday morning arriving to you by Friday. ALL AAE orders are picked up for delivery at 9am So this means they must have been paid, and confirmed the day before. Credit Card Payments are no different if paid on the Wednesday then it still will not go until the Thursday as it has to be packed for the 9am pick up.

When choosing Express Post, these orders can be paid by CC on the day and if paid in the am can go the same day, but then you don't have the tracking option, no signature required and no guarantee from Australia Post.

While we do aim to get your orders to you as quickly as humanly possible, we must allow for all aspects of the food chain from us to you. We do understand how anxious you become once you have ordered your product from us and getting it as fast as possible becomes paramount, but we are still managing to get all orders out within 3 days of ordering.
