Well we have had a couple of orders go missing during the delivery process in the last two weeks. One order went under investigation by Australia Post and they have since come back and told us that this order was delivered the day it should have been. Well the customer is adamant that he did not recieve his purchase and he shops online all the time. So this can only mean one thing, it was delivered to the wrong address and someone happily kept it. Unless it turns up in the meantime there is no other conclusion.
We are looking into other delivery options so that a signature is required or the delivery is guaranteed and therefore we have more to go on when they do go astray.
Up until now our record has been exemplary but this last two weeks has had a run of bad luck for customers not receiving their items.
WE SUGGEST: IF you want to minimize the amount of people handling your purchase from the time we drop them off to Australia Post for despatch and email you your consignment note delivery details to the time you receive your items, it is our recommendation that you have your orders sent to your local Australia Post office for collection. This way there is no contractor taking hold of your item and stupidly taking it to the wrong house despite the address on the satchel.
This has happened before and fortunately some customers can be lucky when the person who took receipt of it has hand delivered it to our customer or returned it to the post office where it sat waiting until we found out where it was, and were able to tell the customer to go and collect it from a particular post office.
We pride ourselves on every customer getting what it was they ordered, but unfortunately once it goes to Aus Post, it is not our responsibility from that point. We would like to gurantee every order gets to its correct destination and that is going to come at a cost to the customer based on delivery options.
AS soon as we can we will offer registered mail as well as the regular express post as the two options for delivery.
Cheers
Pash

Thanx for announcing this Pashy.
The new cart will have everything with shipping added at end of the process, so it will be easier then.
But I reckon for now if people want to do registered post we may be able to get them to put it in the special instructions and we can contact them for the delivery costs.

I still think COD is a good idea.
I have said it before. I think you should charge around $20 upfront when you are buying online. That covers the COD process and delivery of the item.
Once the item is picked up at the post office. The Remaining amount it paid in full. This will prevent items going missing as you need to have the pick up slip and need to be willing to pay for the item when you pick it up.
And if in the odd chance the item does not get picked up, then it will be returned to you.

Hi everyone,
Just getting ready to make another purchase (it's my xmas present to myself

and I was wondering what people's experiences have been with having their FL sent to an Australian Post office. I'm actually looking at sending it to one on that is on my way to work to make pickup easier but just thought I'd get peoples thoughts.
Have you had any issues? Do they just need photo ID for pickup?
Also just a side note I'm thinking of getting a WW mouth ICE, might do a fleshlight girl later down the track when hopefully the Aussie dollar is doing better.
Thanks everyone,
DF

Looks like I will be doing care of the post office, makes sense when I won't be home to collect it saves them trying to drop it off then just returning it to the post office.
Hmm now just to settle on which one & buy it

But I think WW Mouth Ice is going to win unless you can suggest a good Ice Butt combo.

OK quick question just looking at the Checkout section & I can't work out how you send it to the post office. Do I just fill out the postal address as my nearest post office then you use the billing address for the post office to contact me?
Also the only delivery option I'm given is AAE there is no Express Post. Does anyone know if it matters what address is on your drivers license? i.e. does it have to match the postal address?
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

auspost will only show on certain orders now. We have fulfilled our contract with them and are only using them for an option on certain products.
If you clikc on the link for the post office locator, you can look up your local post offices address, just put it in the shipping address, which you can edit by clicking the link that says send to a different address, this will also be saved in your own address book afterwards.
As to your billing address, we dont need to put that on the parcel, just the shipping and your phone number so that the post office can contact you. But your billing address will need to match your credit card if paying by cc.

Hey I'm ordering later this week, just curious sending it to the post office it just says my name, the post office address and my phone number? then they ring me and i go pick it up. I would get it delivered home but im not sure if i will be there, in that case will they take it back to the post office, they wouldnt just leave it there would they? cause i will just use my home address in that case.

hi bjp, welcome to the forums.
The safest bet if you think your not going to be home is to send it care of your local post office.
All you do is put the address of your local PO in the delivery address for us, make u sure put in Aus post or whatever they call themselves, that way we know to put the C/- sign so the post office knows they are to hold the parcel.
I am not sure if they will call you or not, but generally speaking, you can go down to them after lunch time, the day after we post it and itll be there.

yeh put auspost in the company. I would suggest skipping the lia19 as we are having delays on them until Monday at the earliest, raven brooke and puma are all in the lotus sensation if thats what you were after.

oh monday is a public holiday so that puts the whole schedule out again.
Yeh would be late next week. The US company has been taking forever to send our shipments since xmas, last year they would leave within 4 days of ordering them, so far thats not been happening.

Yep I got home today and they were finally here.
We found out what the hold up was too. The US warehouse was being relocated so they were taking longer to get orders shipped out. Wouldve been nice to have been informed, especially since we had orders in their system dating back to the 1st jan that hadnt been sent
