Howdy.

I have ordered a STU with NZ delivery, order #20070126005.

I have received the e-mail invoice, with the Bpay information, however, I am unable to complete the payment as per your instructions: http://www.fleshlight.com.au/cgi-bin/ccp51...app.cgi?pg=bpay

I am totally fuckin' lost now - why can't I just order with VISA, like I do anything else, anywhere else in the world?

I know you now have a credit-card option, but I do NOT want to be called on any of the phone numbers, less someone finds out what I have ordered, in which case, I will never live it down...

Most other sites, you just give your credit-card details, and ZAP - the deal is done.

PROCEEDURE:

Register for internet or phone banking with your financial institution, if you havenā..t already.

- Already done.

Look for the distinctive BPAY logo on your Invoice. This is located at the bottom right hand corner of the invoice.

- Got it.

Log on to your internet banking site or call your phone banking service.

- OK.

Select the BPAY or bill payment option and follow the simple instructions. You can choose to pay from either your savings, cheque or credit card accounts.

- Simple instructions?!!? there are no instructions...

Perhaps NZ on-line banking is different?

I know that we here in NZ cannot use internet banking to pay any accounts outside of NZ, so therefore, perhaps we need another payment method, such as International Bank Transfer?

Completely lost...

SC I have just replied to your email and left a message on your phone.

We do say on the site NZ customers please use credit cards for a reason. Bpay does not work with anyone other than Australians.

We used to give NZ customers the option to pay by wire transfer. By changing this to CC now you actually save $36 in wire fees. I think the saving is worth getting a phone call for. If you would prefer to use this option, let us know and I can send you the details, but it will incur $36 in fees, otherwise its not worth us even sending them to you.

IN a couple of weeks we should have the cart able to accept your details through our secure pages. Then the need for a phone call will be cancelled out.

I will follow through with the phone call - perhaps I could call you, rather then you call me, so that I can ensure that no-one other then me talks to you!!!

...worried that someone else in the house might pick up the call...

SC

ADDITIONAL: Got your e-mail with the phone number. Thanks - will call you tomorrow...

Again, sorry if this post sounded bad - I was just getting myself tied in a knot...

PPS: Just talked to you.
We had a bit of a muffled line, however, everything should be OK now.

Please e-mail me back, if there are any problems...

All good SC, always best to hit us up on live support if it shows us as on. I did actually try and send you a live support request to grab your attention, but it seemed to have failed. If you like I am on for around another 3 hours, you can call anytime.
