Looking to buy a Flesh light, type unkown yet.

I was looking through your payment options and was hoping to find out if there was anyway to do a COD ( cash on delivery) option through australia post, or if this option will be included at a later date.


I am looking for this option as i do not live alone and do not wish my delivery to be accepted by anyone but myself. At least with this option i will have to personally go pick it up at the post office and pay the money for the product once i have recieved it.

Cod would be a good option for the future, i agree with the pay when you receive it idea.
Hopefully COD will be an option for postage in the future.

Well not only do i find it as a better option for people who do not live alone and need to keep items like this private , but like you said, it gives everyone ordering a sence of security.

I dont have a credit card so i wont be able to use that option.
But would love to buy one if COD was accepted as a payment option .

Or maybe if it can be organised as a once off?

Hi Guys, thanx for your interest. Cod will not be an option we will partake in for our own security reasons.

If we send a fleshlight out COD and it takes you 2 or 3 weeks to actually go pick it up, then we are out of pocket. And then there are the people that would choose that option just to be annoyances. Then we send the order and never get a payment for it.

If you are worried about discretion, you can have your order sent care of your local post office and they will send you a ticket to say come and pick it up.

Also BPAY is just about setup, so you can always pay by this method, which is then the most secure for both yourself and us.

At this stage we have never had a customer not receive their order. We track all payments as soon as they arrive in the account and the order is sent that day, unless you forget to supply an invoice number, and then we do our best to match the payment to the invoice. Sometimes people do ask us why they havent received their order in those cases, and until someone owns up for those payments we cant do anything with them.

But in saying that, every single order we have had has been shipped out.

As far as i know if a item sent by cod is not picked up within a week it is automaticaly sent back to the shipper, but then i guess you would be out of pocket for the original COD bag.

At this stage im gona have a look around at local adult stores for this product, and assume that i will have to pay more for it.

Will have to decide if i actually find one at a actual store or not. Or might choose to buy one from here at a later date if finding it at a local store proves to difficult

COD is a service that i think you should look into. Even if its partial COD, such as pay the $50 deposit then pay the rest when you pick it up.

Or pay for the COD Service then pay for the actual product when you pick it up, that way if the customer never picks the product up you get it shipped pack, at no loss of income to yourself.

If you do actually find the fleshlights in a store, you will probably be restricted to the pink lady original, as thats the only one any store seems to get. They also usually charge $150+ for them.

I believe Aus Post actually charges a fee to take advantage of that service as well. Because they are handling the funds.

I understand why you would want it, especially because you have no idea that we will actually send the fleshlights to you. Thats fair enough. The beauty of being a consumer though is, if I do the wrong thing you can take it to consumer affairs and have it sorted out by them.

For me, if the customer never pays and I am out of pocket some expense. There is nothing really available for me to recoup the rest of the costs.

I guess there is risks associated on both sides when your dealing with people you don't know. But we have a great track record from since we launched and plan on keeping it that way.

Like i said you should think of paying half now. and half when the item reaches in COD.

that way you have around $50 for wasting you time if somone fails to pick up the cod shipment and it is returned back to you.

Ok Fazman send half of the fleshlight for the first payment then send the

other half when you get the rest of the money

Think you have some FleshLights there in stock that are in Half
