Ok this one has become a bit of an issue every now and then.

According to Australia post, if no-one is home then your package is supposed to be taken back to the local post office and you will be left a ticket with instructions on how to pick this up.

Now we have had some customers say that their orders have been left on the door step when they were not home. If this is the case and you wish to take the matter further, then these are the steps to take.

You will need to take the package down to your closest corporate post office for them to inspect it. Then you will be asked to fill in a complaint form so that they can take the matter up with the contractor that delivered it to you.

I have spoken to them on the phone and they said it is definately not supposed to be left behind if no one is home, unless it actually fits inside of your letter box.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to post them here.
