I hope this isn't a stupid question.
I was wondering if say I had purchased a Super Ribbed Lady and a Wonder Wave Mouth if it was physically possible to swap the orifices for the sensations (eg so it was now a Super Ribbed Mouth and Wonder Wave Lady) if I felt like it.

Thats an interesting thought, but alas not possible. The only thing interchangable about the fleshlights is the inserts into cases.
