Today I have added an option in the checkout process where you will be asked if you are available to sign for the delivery.

The reason for this is due to customers not being home when the delivery arrives.

You will be asked if you will be available, if you select yes we know you're planning on being available. We will still use the ATL on all AAE parcels, just in case due to cost of $8.25 for any attempted deliveries.

If you select no, the checkout asks you to select an address for where you can be available.

There is also a section for delivery instructions. This is only applicable for if you're not available to sign for an AAE, due to all aus post parcels being sent with a DO NOT SAFE DROP STICKER, so instructions will not be used for these items.
