My girlfriend agreed to buy me a fleshlight on the condition that I stopped begging her for sex all the time. I spent a while looking at the various options because this is a fair bit of money for us, and I wanted to choose one I'd be happy with. I liked the look of the lotus, and it has received many good reviews, so I decided to go with one of the FLGs. For me, it was a toss up between Eva Angelina, and Jesse Jane. I thought that Eva's pussy looked a bit nicer than Jesse's, so seeing as the entire device is a pussy, I thought I'd go with the nicer pussy rather that choose based on how hot I think the girl is.

So anyway, Eva arrived today, and I was eager to give her a go. I had decided not to have too many expectations because I didn't want to be disappointed. After preparing her as directed, I put my favourite Eva scene on the telly and went for it. I must say that the fleshlight is all it's cracked up to be. I can't speak for the other inserts, but the lotus feels pretty realistic, and the different textures as you go deeper provides for a great deal of variety dependent on technique. I am really curious about the other sensations now and will definitely get another fl at some stage.

There isn't much negative to say about the fl, but I do have some suggestions:

It would be great if there were more girls. I was really disappointed that there was no Bree Olsen . There are many other stars that would be great to see in fl form. Lanny Barby would be among them. I understand that the people at fleshlight can't please everyone, but with a few more girls, a great deal more customers would be able to get their favourite girl.

I think the suction effect with the cap on tight is kind of cool, but this also makes it more difficult to enter fast. A one way valve on the rear cap would overcome this. In fact, I am thinking about drilling a small hole in the rear cap and inserting one of the valves from a bicycle pump. I think I will buy a new case for this though as I would like to keep my first fl in original condition for as long as possible. The fl case is far from airtight, so the suction effect doesn't happen when using a slow pace. A rubber grommet would solve this.

I know this sort of stuff would add to production costs and the retail price would go up. Perhaps there should be a 'platinum' version of the cases. I think many people would pay more for extra features, but those who didn't want to pay the extra few dollars could just get the standard version.

When the cap is unscrewed slightly (I think it is more realistic that way), it rattles a little and sometimes spits. If I take the cap off completely it becomes quite noisy. Maybe a bit of thread tape on the thread above the side holes will solve this?

It's a shame that silicone lubricant cannot be used with it. I guess that is unavoidable without changing materials, and the material that the insert is made out of is perfect IMO, so it will probably stay that way. I have always hated wet stuff and similar sticky lubes. I got a tube of astroglide with my order, and it's heaps better than wet stuff, but nowhere near as good as Eros Bodyglide (which is silicone based). There is a water based version of Bodyglide that I haven't tried, but I expect it to be pretty similar to astroglide. Don't get me wrong, astroglide is good, but it dries up a bit quicker than bodyglide and doesn't have the same silky feel. Not overly sticky like wet stuff though.


To sum up: I love my fleshlight and will use it all the time from now on. I will buy a Bree Olsen one straight away if it comes out, especially if it comes with a signature 'sensation'. I will never get one of the standard mouth or butt ones because I think they look ugly. The Jenna Haze but looks realistic though, and I might buy something like that if there was a Bree Olsen, Lanny Barby or Sylvia Saint one (add probably a hundred other girls to that list) in the future. Although there are some aspects that are less than perfect (mainly with the case), the lotus shape combined with the texture of the sleeve and the realistic pussy are amazing, and this is what the fleshlight is all about.

Ill try answer some of your questions.

With the video, its hosted through the US store and didn't come with any video controllers, Ive tried adding some but no luck so far. I find personally I surf the net with sound down all the time and only turn it up when I want to listen to something.

With those case mods, there is a section here on the forum about modifications, and a lot of flighters have done those exact mods you have mentioned. I don't think FL US will ever intergrate the mods into the case, but who knows they also said they'd never make a vibrating fl.

With the different pornstars, they are always coming up with new ones, we have riley steele (yummilicious) and lupe fuentes arriving here in a couple of weeks. I don't think you would see Sylvia Saint as a fleshlight though, haven't seen her do much new stuff for ages.

With lubricants, we have tested some silicone based ones and found that they are fine, but as always we promote water based as that is normally better for the overall customer base. I suggest try a little of the lube at the bottom of the FL to see how it goes before trying it for full use.

Ah, okay. Good advice. I think I will try this. Although it did occur to me that the silicone ones are harder to wash off without soap, and if cleaning is difficult I would be best going back to the astroglide. I'm finding the Astroglide to be comfortable during use. The thing I prefer about silicone ones is that they don't dry up anywhere near as quickly. They also remain slippery forever. The astroglide doesn't get sticky like wet stuff does, but once it's dried up there is a little bit of friction. The silicone one I referred to prevents friction even when it seems completely dried up. My girlfriend and I could never agree on a lube for anal. She doesn't like Eros Bodyglide because she claims it isn't slippery enough, and I don't like wet stuff because it is so sticky and I hate the feeling of my nutsack sticky to her body on the outstroke. We generally just use spit for this reason, but it's not ideal. Perhaps the Astroglide will be a good happy medium for us.
