Some new discoveries while at Brisbane Sexpo

LOL ok well aside from all the messy side of things that went on at sexpo. There were some good points.

I made two very important discoveries.

One day in discussion with a couple of guys asking certain questions about the various inserts. While explaining to them about the two biggest sellers being the STU and the WonderWave. I finally realised why the wonderwave MIGHT be so popular. And my conclusion is, that the rings that cause a wave motion as you slide in and out of the insert, would have to give something of a nice natural tongue feeling. Is this the case guys?

One gentleman I spoke who worked with a large number of young men who were all studs until they were in the presence of a real woman and then would go shy, said I knew more about male masturbation than most blokes he knew LOL

I also realised that the texture of the Fleshlights is considerably 'softer' when warmed up. This stands to reason right, but the reactions were so much better when people would slip a finger into a warmed insert over a cold one. Particular in a place like that where the air conditioning was good enough to make the tops of the inserts go cold very quickly. Yes they still felt nice wet and lubed, but so much more realistic when warmed. Cold was just like the wet spot later and not so warm and squishy.

Purchased a FAKE at Brisbane Sexpo

We at Fleshlight Australia are sorry if you were one of the unlucky customers at sexpo to have purchased the fake or knock off Fleshlight, known as a Flesh Love Light or Lovelight, at the recent Brisbane Sexpo.

At this time I cannot say for sure whether or not we can recoup your costs for you. But if you can send all your information*, day, time, cost and which stall you purchased your 'fake' from, this will certainly be handed to our lawyers and help towards making sure the accurate amount of 'fakes' sold is known.

I would personally like to apologise for the inconvenience caused, and hope that you will look into buying yourself a REAL Fleshlight in the future.

We do need your help and we would like to thank you in advance for helping us to stop these rip off merchants, and any other importers from doing this in the future.

Be Careful of Cheap knock offs

Be warned!!!! There are cheap knock offs now out and about in a big way. We were made aware at Melbourne Sexpo that someone has tried to duplicate the Fleshlight. It is called a LOVElight and while it looks very much like the Pink or Mocha Lady in the old style grey case. IT is nothing more than an imitation, from someone trying to cash in on the success of such a product as this.

What these imitators don't realise is that Fleshlight is a 2 million dollar design with several patents on it. This is not something you can imitate.

The so called Lovelight has a some kind of gel insert with bumps inside resembling that of the speed bump. The end cap is just a loose cap that basically falls off. It is NOT suction control.

The REAL fleshlight speedbump is based on the Super Tight model and is therefore a nice snug fit with the patented superskin (NOT TO BE mistaken for cyberskin), where as this imposter is a much looser style with bumps.

They were selling for around the $70 mark and gradually went down in price as the weekend wore on. But we did have many people come and ask us the difference between the two. I explained that Fleshlight is the original and the best. You only get what you pay for and if you want to pay $30 or so dollars less for some crappy imitation item, over the Fleshlight that has the research, design and patents behind it and over 50 different options to choose from. Then more fool you.

With the new slick black/silver/white and pearl cases and amazing new openings, plus the return of the ICE range now giving the Fleshlight a new lease of life, we are not worried. BUT I do not want to be cleaning up someone elses mess when I suddenly start getting emails from people telling me they bought one of our products and its crap, only to find they didn't realise what they were buying and it is not even a Fleshlight. So if you go into an Adult shop or a party plan event. MAKE SURE IT says FLESHLIGHT on the case!

Delivery Options

Well we have had a couple of orders go missing during the delivery process in the last two weeks. One order went under investigation by Australia Post and they have since come back and told us that this order was delivered the day it should have been. Well the customer is adamant that he did not recieve his purchase and he shops online all the time. So this can only mean one thing, it was delivered to the wrong address and someone happily kept it. Unless it turns up in the meantime there is no other conclusion.

We are looking into other delivery options so that a signature is required or the delivery is guaranteed and therefore we have more to go on when they do go astray.

Up until now our record has been exemplary but this last two weeks has had a run of bad luck for customers not receiving their items.

WE SUGGEST: IF you want to minimize the amount of people handling your purchase from the time we drop them off to Australia Post for despatch and email you your consignment note delivery details to the time you receive your items, it is our recommendation that you have your orders sent to your local Australia Post office for collection. This way there is no contractor taking hold of your item and stupidly taking it to the wrong house despite the address on the satchel.

This has happened before and fortunately some customers can be lucky when the person who took receipt of it has hand delivered it to our customer or returned it to the post office where it sat waiting until we found out where it was, and were able to tell the customer to go and collect it from a particular post office.

We pride ourselves on every customer getting what it was they ordered, but unfortunately once it goes to Aus Post, it is not our responsibility from that point. We would like to gurantee every order gets to its correct destination and that is going to come at a cost to the customer based on delivery options.

AS soon as we can we will offer registered mail as well as the regular express post as the two options for delivery.
