I had a chat with Lexi Belle and Kiki Vidis about doing some photos for us and they were happy to oblige so here they are.

This has come about because customers have ordered the insert only when the insert/case product page shows out of stock. Even after putting a note on those choices for them to check whether an item is in stock first.

So now if you wish to order an insert only, you will need to go to the relevant product, under the choose case colour you can select "Make this an insert only" which will reduce the price accordingly.

As most of you know, weve always kept it as a user manual process to do the credit card payments so that its done securely through westpac's gateway. This has been mostly for security reason.

Ive finally finished trying to make it more seemless for our customers to keep it simple. After 13 hours of programming, havent done any for awhile, Ive got it working.

Once you have completed your order, you will be presented with a button to make payment and taken straight to westpac's gateway with all the relevant information already filled in for you. If payment is successful you will be presented with a return to Fleshlight button, if not, then you're given the choice to try again.

This will also show up in the printable invoice and also the email confirmation. There is a bug with the button in the email confirmation so I have included a link in it to do the same thing.

Hopefully this will make it a little easier for you all. And with some more time and a few module updates I can probably have it completely automated.
