When deciding where to have your order sent, please consider whether you will be home or not during business hours.
AAE are marked ATL (Authority to Leave) and therefore if you are not home, they are authorised to leave your parcel on the doorstep.
If you will not be home and the above is not suitable, you must then provide us with a location where your order can be received and signed for. Either a work address or you can have your order sent to you care of your local post office. If you opt to go with your local post office, you will need to call them first to confirm whether they allow care of parcels, as some post offices do not allow it. If you do not do this, you are leaving it up to the discretion of the post office and may incur additional delivery charges for reshipping if the order is returned to us.

If you do not choose a place where you will be home, your order will be left safely at your address shown.
Orders paid for with cleared funds by 6.30am ESDT, will be sent within 48 hours if possible, baring weekends and public holidays, unless stock is temporarily unavailable. You should receive your order within 48 hours of cleared payments. We do reserve the right to send within 5 to 7 days.
Please note, that once the order is sent, it is in the hands of Aus Air Express to get this to you. If by chance there is a delay or mistake made on their behalf, all that we can do is assist with helping it to be rectified.

If no one is home, they will leave your order safely at the address shown. Please see notes at top of this page regarding delivery addresses
Your order will be sent the day after receiving cleared funds by AAE. The order is sent next day delivery to metro areas and 2 days to non metro.
